For those who want to avail the offline registration facility. (The receipt will be sent by regular mail after the payment is received).

Guidelines:

• Download the offline-registration form.
• Read this form carefully and fill all the details that have been requested. For Foreign participants, it is necessary to provide the passport details.
• The author must clearly specify the paper number(s) and the title of the paper(s) for which the registration is requested.
• For Student registration, a copy of student identification proof (like ID card) is also required.
• If there is a person who would accompany you in the conference, then you must mention his/her name(s) in the form.
• The receipt will be sent shortly after the payment of registration is received.
• Please return this form along with original cheque/draft to our Official Event Manager ,

• The deadline to receive this form is 15^th October 2011 . Please note that in order to avail reduced conference fee, you must register on or before 15^th October 2011. In this case please send a scanned copy of your off-line form and cheque/draft etc. via email to info@dreamztravel.net, dreamztravelindia@yahoo.com and smittal@iitk.ac.in by 15^th October 2011 .
