Responsibilities
|
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust web applications using PHP and other related technologies.
- Architect and develop solutions that adhere to best practices in software design, coding standards, and security.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously evaluating and recommending improvements to our development processes and practices.

Travel

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams
|

Qualification
|
- B.Tech + 1 year relevant experience / Post graduate + 1 years relevant Experience / Graduate + 4 years relevant experience
|

Essentials
|
- Knowledge of gitlab/github and deployment with pipeline.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Must have worked on minimum 3 projects from scratch.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks or responsive web design principles.

The post is purely temporary and on a contractual basis will be offered for a period of 1 year and renewal on satisfactory performance.
